Dustin is the lead lawyer and civil litigator with the Fossey Law Firm, and has extensive experience handling lemon law claims, as well as other civil and commercial matters.  He spent years as an attorney defending many of the largest companies in the world, including a number of the largest automotive manufacturers, and now he uses his skills in part to help consumers like you.

His goal is always to reach the best result for his client in the most efficient manner possible. He is dedicated to your success and will not stop until the job is done. Dustin was born and raised in the Minneapolis area. He attended the University of Wisconsin Madison. When not working, Dustin enjoys boating, spending time with his family, and if possible, escaping to a local golf course.
